By continuing, you are agreeing to East Coast Skateboard Academy's (ECSA) terms and conditions regarding purchase of this skateboarding course.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

By completing the following process you are purchasing a place on the skateboarding course detailed below. Your booking will be confirmed in the form of an email receipt from East Coast Skateboard Academy and full payment will be required before the first lesson by Stripe Payment, BACS or Cash/Card at Dissent Skate Shop.

Refund Policy

• (If full payment has been made in advance) We will issue a full refund to the account debited, if contact is made by phone or email with a request to cancel the space at least 7 days before the start date. If notice is less than 7 days, we will issue a refund of half of the course cost. This is to cover potential loss of earnings from your space not being used. Requests for a refund on or after the date of the first lesson will not be honoured. We will request account details to arrange a bank transfer for any granted refunds.

• ECSA holds no responsibility for any lessons that aren’t attended and will not issue partial refunds, discounts on future bookings, or free lessons on a future course, to make up for missed lessons.

• While we will do our best to assist you, we take no responsibility for a booking made on to the wrong course date, and make no guarantee we can alter the booking.

Data Usage

We do not share your details with any other persons or organisations. We will use this data for contacting you regarding your booking, and for in house statistic gathering regarding usage of our facility, which is required for funding purposes.

Waiver

In enrolling at East Coast Skateboard Academy (ECSA), the participant understands that attending the programs and using ECSA and the facilities is done so at their own risk. ECSA and its owners, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by a participant in or about any programs on the premises. Participants and parents/guardians assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs on the premises, They do hereby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless ECSA, all associated facilities and its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the facility. In addition, they agree to follow the rules of conduct and play set by ECSA. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation.

Consent

I the undersigned parent or guardian/participant do hereby grant authority to the staff at ECSA to render a judgement concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my absence.
